That general guide is awful and not very accurate. I tried to find your light online and could not if you pm me and give me more information I can tell you exactly where you hang your light and when to change em.

Hello.. Hope you are well.. Personally i wud keep them at ur present distance until they have their 3 or 5 sets of leaves then drop it to 60-90cm.. Eventually by last wks of bloom u ideally want ur light about 30cm away from ur canopy, aslong as ur temp in tent is acceptable.. So as she grows bigger u can in theory bring lights closer to her.. Stay safe n gud luck on ur gardening.. 👍🍀

Started the plants off with 60 watts. Increased to 100 watts today with a 20/5 schedule. Could I increase to the full 150 watts already or should I give them a few days with 100? Thanks in advance for any advice. It’s my first indoor grow with this setup and I’m still learning :)

Hight ProblemsI’ve got 3 plants in my tent, but they’re all different heights. To compensate, I’ve hung my light at an angle, so one end is closer to the smaller plants.
My question is: Does this help, or am I better off keeping the light level? Any tips for dealing with uneven plant heights?
