Pot size?!

I think strain and light probably has a bigger affect on height early on in the grow but I believe a bigger root mass can support bigger fruit/flower. I figure pots and soil are cheap compared to the value of what you are producing so I go bigger. I use is 20L for auto's and 40L for photo's indoors. Outside they run free (planted in the ground with no pot) and can send roots as far and deep as they want.

Once a plant becomes root bound it will slow its growth. Minimum 3 gallon for autos, 5 gallon for photoperiods if in soil. Now if your feeding nutrition from a bottle 3 gallon is smallest I would go. Unless your doing like a sea of green or something

If you want to grow a decent size plant I would go with a minimum of 16L pot. Airpot or fabric pot.

That blue one is gonna need a transplant soon but it all depends on how big you wanna get em. They’ll flower just fine as is but if you want bigger plants/buds go for a bigger pot

In my opinion, bigger roots = bigger fruits. If it's not flowering transplant if you can. Also I noticed when roots have good air access they grow a lot faster and the plants in turn grow much bigger. That's just from my personal experience.

Do I need bigger pots?
