Hi Bud Thats is eggs from an insect , i have stink bugs that do that here in South africa. ..so it could be a variety of bugs depending on where you are in the world .. To get rid of you will have to cit that piece of leaf off..they stick like super glue .

To me they look like snail eggs. Just cut that leaf blade off and flush it down the toilet, it is far more certain than nuking an entire plant you intend smoking with chemicals. Neem might be portrayed as "safe", but in my country it is illegal to use neem on anything intended for human consumption. Check carefully for any more eggs. Regardless of which type of eggs they are, you don't want them hatching. Hope this helps, Organoman.

That is eggs to a critter in your grow area. I would spray again in a day and get under sides of leaves as well. Look for more of these and remove asap. Good luck

That looks like larvae sacks. You need to remove that immediately.
