LST Procedure and Light height.

Top of plant is one answer. The other can be done several ways. I did a diary called Larry lemon. Where I took daily pictures from seed to smoke. I show the size and day I first lst my plants. Then every day after. I harvested over a quarter pound dry off that auto. I use 12 gauge solid copper wire and make hooks. Then anchor them into soil or side of potter. The object of lst is to bend the plant over. They do get woody and can break the longer your wait. Is why I start soon and stay on it about every other day. Even if all you get is a good lean that is beneficial for light to get to inside of plant to stimulate growth. Hopefully this helps and happy growing 🌱🌱🌱

Measure from to top of the plant to the light ( canopy). Light height depends on the light itself. You can Google the specifications and find there recommended distance or find some who uses the same light for guidance. For LST bend her over so shes bent st the half way point. I try to make a flat canopy after I pull them over and the branches grow out. Just tie then on the main stem where you know it won't RIP off a leave or branch.

Hi, I'm new also but ive been measuring from the tip of the top of the plant to the lights otherwise it would be under 18" & you would burn your leaves i'm thinking.
