hi there Bigfloppa, it's always a good idea to do LST. Why? because LST promotes "lateral growth" . Nothing increases yield more than more lateral growth, so especially if there is a strong "apex dominance", then more lateral growth means more yield. Start LST early and follow it through until flower for the best results. Hope this helps ! 🚀

Lst it and create more of a bush style plant. It will spread out the one main bud production amongst others. Thus producing more bud in yield. Good luck and happy growing 🌱

Hi Grow Community! I am trying LST for the first time. Plant is about 14cm hight. As far as I know I need to bend the stem until it's horizontal with the soil. But the stem of my plant is already so thick and solid. Does it need to be rly horizontal?Should I try and bend it more?
