Apply a drop of water on seed husk a few times keep domed then when husk softens slide off. Best when wet. To help avoid this a very light scuff on both seed tips very light. Will help husk come off easy

What @Roberts said. Ive got a mutant that needed help removing the seed case. It is still a mutant but it is doing well and just as big (if not bigger) than the more normal looking plant next to it.

I also had a helmet head issue on my 2nd strawberry pie auto. It turned out to be 5.5 ounces dry flower when done. So don't give up. Good luck

Take some tweezers and help open the shell. Don't pull it off. Spread the shell open. It will be standing straight up and leaves open in no time!! Good luck to you and your grow! I do this often
