She looks perfectly normal and exactly how a baby cannabis plant should, you do not have anything to worry about.
At the distance you have your light, I would be tempted to try at least 50%.

I got to harvest in 14 days: in order to have enough time to cure it before leaving home for 2 weeks (safety first: is a period of floods in here, I just can't take the risk). I had a pretty long vegetative stage but I'm gonna finish it at 13 weeks. Am I gonna ruin it it, right?
