Hi there mate , one little trick you could use is the old shadecloth cover jobby.
Basically just use a small piece of shade cloth to cover your pot but make sure to leave adequate room for air to get in and not let the cloth touch the soil if possible. All should be ok if you water before you take off to your destination.
Also snails etc just love freshly germinated seedlings so the shade cloth will keep them away too.

Hi! Sure it'll survive and grow there. You can try to put sheet of plastic wrapper on top of your pot to keep moisture in. It'll help with germination process if that has not happen yet when you leave.
