Brown patches? And thrips?

What’s going on here? Brown patches showing up. Been feeding floramicro and florabloom @ 6.5.
Also I know I have a few thrips hopping around that I’ve been squishing by hand because I’m in flower. I just got spinosad garden spray. Is that cool to use at early flower?

I would only use a little dawn soap mixed in water. Used many times on flowering plants. Works great to kill critters that breathe through their skin... Cheers

Should I remove foliage affected by deficiency, or just let it ride?Autoflower started showing sign of deficiency at week 8. Assuming CalMag, as I filter my water and affected area is new growth at top of plant (see pic).

I have found and washed off what look like insect eggs under some of the leaves but have not seen any webs or moving creatures.
Is it insect damage or could it be fungus.
I have 2nd plant that seems unaffected.
