Hermies?These two plants got hardly any frost are way behind the others and buds and leaves look different to all the others... anything I need to worry about are they just slower and different phenotype ?

Shall I start flowering?First time I grow, put some auto and some fem, shall I start to flower looking at the bigger plant state? What do you think? What would cause more than half of my plants to start throwing pollen sacs?more than half my plants have thrown pollen sacs at the internode, and I’m 110% sure I have no light leaks, everything’s been perfect including light schedule/intensity, nutrients, watering and environment.
