Can someone explain to me the difference between autoflowering seeds and feminized seeds? For real? What’s the difference? Other than the light schedule?

Auto seeds are usually faster to bear fruit, but feminized ones give a better harvest. And we can use various techniques that aren't possible with autos.

Well the better way to put it is the difference between a photo period plant vs an auto flower plant. Both types of seed can be feminized so don’t confuse the terms. But yes Auto flower plants don’t need a change in light to start flowering. Photo period plants need a change in light schedule to start producing flower. So if high stress training techniques like topping, fimming, super cropping these are things you want to do with a photo period as you can keep it in vegetation for as long as you want and she has the time to recover from stresses. Auto flower plants have a short limited life so keeping them as happy as possible through its life is important. So you would typically only want to use a little low stress training on auto flower plants.

Autoflower seeds do not need a change in light schedule to flower. It's hard baked into their genetics to start flowering after a certain time period. Feminized seeds are from plants treated specifically to produce only female seeds, therefore stopping you from having to 'sex' and remove male plants from your grow (urn awith the caveat that mistakes can happen, and stress can turn a female plant hermaphroditic. Some autoflower seeds may be feminized and vice versa.

Autos your yields are generally smaller. Also you don't have to worry about the light switch. You probably cannot clone an auto.
