Bud rot?

yes defo bud rot there pal cut that fucker off before it spreads to the rest of the colas. Act quickly as bud rot starts from within so its hard to notice until its too late :( advice on how to avoid thos on the future invest in a really good extraction unit or an extra extraction unit or add and powerfucl intake fan to either push rank and humid air out or remove it by extracting the stale humid air or you can use a de humidfier if you prefer just to solve it more easily though yeah get this off the plant asap my friend otherwise you may loose the lot :( We all make mistakes and large plants can create alot of humidity themselves so we all haveto fight this the same dont let it deter you that bud looks really nice there is no reason you cant grow that again with the knowledge you have now :) We all do the best with what we have so dont be disheartend by it pick yourself up bro dust yourself down and get back in there :) You can do it brother best of luck :) 👊
