I did some major defoliation on my monsterprofit today( aprox 100 fan-leaves removed). I was wondering if i have to hold back on water now or add some extra. She gets a nettle/banana/fig thea once in every 3 watering times.

Treat her kindly - if someone just pulled a load of your arms off, wouldnt you like some kinda niceness too? Haha
I would say give a nice healthy tea the day before defol - that way your microbes will have been working hard for 24 hours before the plant gets (potentially) upset and all the goodies are already being churned out by your minibeasts and be available to the plant - you may want to add some kelp meal / extract in there too as it is a great stress reliever for plants.

He visto un vídeo donde hablan de defoliación y poda de bajo luego de pasar las plantas a 12/12, he leido que una vez se coloca las plantas a florecer nono debería; ahora mismo tengo unas plantas que llevan 5 días que las pase a 12/12 y tengo debajo de la malla unas ramas que no llevan luz y en la parte de arriba unas hojas muy grandes que paran el paso de la luz, puedo defoliar y hacer poda de bajos al 7mo dia?
