Hi, I have a garden I can grow in but to give them more light I put them in my basement each night and hit them all night with 1000w LED. I believe sunlight is much better than any light. So... is what I'm doing okay or wise? Or should I just leave them indoors under the LED?

I am using a 300 Watt LED light with a Veg and Bloom Function. Currently Light is 27" from soil surface and only on Veg setting. I am also using a LUX meter app (not sure how accurate they are. I am getting about 10 500 - 11 000 Lux at plant height. Is 11 000 a little bit too?

Defoliation 6 weeks in flower?My plant, named A), is 6 weeks into flower and is looking great, but I'm worried about the density of foliage in regard to bud mold. Should I defoliate? I have been taking the odd fan leaf here and there, just don't know how far I should take it this late.
