Some kinda capsid or lacewing, from the looks of it but that proboscis is throwing me - what country you find it in..SA?

WTF is that on my friends leaves?Sorry to back to back question but does anyone know what this is and how to get rid of it. Buddy found it on 2 of his leaves. I told him bit of dawnsoap and water wouldnt hurt but I dont rightly know what it is as I've never had that issue. Thanks again and my buddy says thanks 2

Thrips infestation and chemical pesticide, help!I've bugs, probably thrips. I'll not be able to obtain organic pesticide (neem oil based) before one week! Is the 7th day from germination, the white bastards are developing and spreading ultrafast. Would be safe to use a chemical pesticide made for roses at this stage?

Bug control info needed for outdoorsCould you please suggest some safe bug killer powders or solutions for Cannabis plants growing outdoors. Difficulty identifying leaf problem - maybe it's insects?I'm having trouble figuring out what's going on with my plant. The cotyledons and lower fan leaves are getting irregular shiny patches varying in size underneath, with yellow spots directly above them on the top side. It's really hard to photograph the shiny patches. Thrips?

Why is my plant growing upward so slowly? Temp, light & water are fine. My last auto in a Solo cup was 3x this size by Week 3. I'm not transplanting & will be growing in this container (18 oz) the whole time. No nutes yet--only doing natural (urine fert later this week).Week 3
