It's normally around the 4-5th node (sets of leaves) if it's a auto I wouldn't do it because they don't have time to recover properly.

You could top it now if you wanted but if you wanna play safe, wait for one more node pair to grow and then top.

Pistils? Steps from now on?Hey this is my first plant. Went all good till now. Not the growth i had wished for, but im happy.
Day 21 now i see pistils clearly. Isnt it a bit early for pistils, because the plant is relatively small.

Flower stretch...top or tuck the super strechers?Should i tuck all the tops that popped up over night? As you see my trellis is right about even with tops in my most recent pic, i swear these bitches grew 4..5 inches over night . Should I defoliate after topping with LST ?I just did my first topping and she took it very well, no signs of stress and actually growing really fast I think.
I was thinking about LST the top colas so the lower ones can reach that height, should I cut the top leaves shadowing the lower future colas?

How and when to train?Hi,
first grow here. My automatics are at their 16th day above ground. I think I have to top one of my plants to keep her height in check. Where and when should I top her? should I rather only do LST or maybe even wait for now (but they are automatics, so I should be quick?)?

LST/Topping for autoflowers?Growing an afghan kush auto and a skunk villain auto (both 5 gal pots) in a snug 2.5 x 2.5. 24 days old Is it time to top and start LTS or wait till transplant in 5 Gal fabric potsOk plants are doing well I have 6 layers still only about 3-4 inches tall should I top them now if so where and what should I expect?
