What are peoples thoughts on removing fan leaves during flowering? To allow more light to the buds.

I do so. " when I think she's almost ready, when any bullshit you can commit can no longer do damage, start to pluck away fan and sugar leaves " I much prefer to pluck 2/3 leaves a day continuously.

So this is my first grow. I mixed my growing media 2 parts peat moss to 1 part fox farm ocean forest in five gallon pots. I am wanting to grow organic and have an all purpose 4-4-4 fertilizer and my other fertilizer is 2-5-3. Show I cut main stem?Should I get rid of the main stem and just grow the surrounding bud sites? The main stem is getting too tall compared to the other stems so thinking I have to do something to help them catch up? Or just cut the main stem entirely? Finished 1st week of 12 12 tonight.
