Defoliation needed?

Hey all! Would you recommend some defoliation at this point? I was kinda scared I've just removed some bottom leaves couple of weeks ago
If it's needed how and when is best time to do it
I guess you can see how it's right now in the last video I posted

Your plants are looking like one buds so yes you can remove the lower fan leaves

I would like to defoliate some leaves that are blocking bud sites. I would cut max 10% of the leaves. I would do that once the nugs are really noticable (2-3weeks into flowering)
Do you think this is going to stress her out?

What do you guys reckon how big they'd get - height, yield etc. - if I flipped them to 12/12 now at exactly 3 weeks? I'm of half a mind to give them another 2 or so, but at the same time I'm keen to see what they can do in 9 weeks total - I'd leave them topped once with 2 sides.Week 3
