Do you guys think they are ready for harvest?

What's up LaughingBear. I'd say just from the look of your pictures it could go another week but very difficult for me to say without looking closely. To be absolutely sure a magnifier is the way to go. Try and go with a 70%/30% orange to white pistil for this grow and flush when you reach that ratio. Its a good problem you have on your hands and OMG did you see that bud 👍👊

@LaughingBear Hi mate no they are not mature enough yet maybe a couple more weeks. Can you get hold of a jewellers handheld magnifier (loupe) of around 30x Looking at your buds thru one of these will show you the trichomes. What you are looking for is all of the triches to have gone cloudy or opaque in colour with atleast 20% changed to an amber colour waiting until then will give you the best return for all of your hard work in growing these lovely ladies. Looks ready to me but the only sure way to tell it look at the trichomes under a magnifying glass. Clear= not ready cloudy= reaching maximum thc level amber=thc is degrading to CBD and other less desirable chemicals. It is usually safe to harvest at around 80% brown hairs but not the most reliable method. They look ripe though.
