Germination was very fast (2 days), as were the early stages of vegetation. she has always had purple leaves underneath (see photo). In the first weeks I always use Advanced nutrients because they have always given me good results. I use calmag from atami which for me has good quality (calcium oxide + magnesium oxide + nitrogen + iron) but good priced.

I cut some clones from the lower branches and some of them were triploids. I've grown chillies for years and in the past I've grown some triploids, sometimes are better and sometimes they are worse than the plant with the diploid genetics, it's just a matter of luck. In any case I've kept both a clone and a plant that I will flower.

Here how I shaped the plant to so she was evenly under the light When the buds got too long I did a bit of supercropping which keeps them immobile for a few days

I'm starting this diary at this week, to show how she look like at day 31 of flowering.... i'm astonished, outstanding strain! From the origin the mother plant is a bit mutant and has made me some tripod branches. One of these branches I have cloned and it is in the smaller pot. i'm growing a mother and 3 clones (2 coco different pot size and 1 hydro) because I wanted to test which one gave better results with the same nutrients. I use a mix of GHE, Atami, Greenleaf, Adv. Nutrients. I do not follow a nutrient table but usually prefer to use single components and make my own mix.

But what should I do with the sugar leaves? Should I cut them off? I feel like she's producing too many leaves and I don't want the thc to be all there! (photo @ 33 days of flowering)

Hi there Yesihave, basically you shouldnt remove these. that's because it wont "push the thc" to the buds or anything. You got lucky and did a good job so there are even more trichomes than normal. That's a good thing ! At harvest , during the trim just seperate the focus buds from the sugar leafs. Then you can either process the sugar leafs into bubble hash , or like an extra plant based product to substitute tobacco. Try bubble hash by buy bubble bags, usually you can get them for cheap. If you make bubble hash, i dont know if you ever tasted it, but basically the yield is a bit low, but the quality is like nothing else you have ever tried. Hope this helps ! 🚀

We are halfway through flowering and the babies are doing well! I really like this strain, it's building up a great smell and she's looking really impressive! I'd read a lot of good words spent about mimosa strain but I didn't imagine anything like this. This week I will use a slightly lighter solution (1.8 EC) because the runoff was starting to increase too much. in addition the runoff is quite acidic so I think there is an excess of pk. In the next two weeks I will keep the lights at 80% power (before it was 50% quantum board and 60% mars). I'm not super happy with the light spectrum of the mars ts-2000 compared to the samsung quantum board, but we'll see the result at the end of the harvest. I have bought a new ph- from GHE but, and compared to the cellmax one I have used in the past, I notice it's much less powerful (I have to use 10ml for 10liters of tap water, while with the cellmax I use only 2-3 ml). I used water from the dehumidifier with the hydroponic plant and this has caused root rot😓. I'm trying to get her back to life back but I had to clean the roots and the plant suffered a lot. But this confirms that hydroponics is not for me, at least until I have a system to get RO water...

All the stigmas are completely turned to orange, this pheno very strange, the stigmas become oxidated a week after they have sprouted. But I'm a bit worried because the buds aren't getting as big as usual... we'll see how it goes, for the moment it's not bad, just a bit thin! I'm a bit worried because the nutrients from @greenleafnutrients are running out and I have to think of a plan B, since Megacrop no longer selled in Europe... I will probably buy Advanced Nutrients "Connosseur" which are a bit overpriced but have a very high quality. I want to do a test and substitute (for few days) KNO3 for PK, instead of using Monopotassium Phosphate I'll use Potassium Nitrate (NPK 16-0-46), it will be an explosive grow for sure 😅! Joking aside, it is better absorbed than pk and I by now a little nitrogen doesn't hurt.

The buds are starting to swell and are heavy loaded of terpenes. the plant under the samsung light is turning purple, maybe because it's maturing faster (small pot) or maybe 'cos I baked it a little more than the others under the light 😝 I don't know what to think about this grow because I expect something different but anyway i'm not disappointed with this pheno!

The trichomes completely cover the flower which looks almost white and the flower is green/purple/orange/white in short, gorgeous! no amber stigma on the horizon. The smell is very citrus and pungent, when I get my head into the tent I can't breathe! Should be ready in the next 10-14 days! I don't expect an epic yield but it seems to be of fantastic quality! can't wait!

Last week... now it finally looks like the mimosa I was waiting for! it's not something to call Dr. nosaradan but it compensates with these sugar cones which are really promising! The cat has brought me the spiders mite from the outside in the growbox! But it doesn't bother me so much, since they are under control and only in one section of the tent (for now at least). With the small plants actually I use ghe ripen and in the big one the nutrients at 1/2 of the usual EC, I don't believe in flushing it's a freak thing with no scientific support behind!😂

we are at the end or near (actually all the trichomes look cloudy/white but no amber), I'm waiting just a couple more days and then chop them. I'm giving GHE ripen to all the ladies, it's the first time I use a product like this but it seems to work well.

After 3 weeks of drying, i've trimmed the remaing leaves and now it's weight a little over 400 grams which is 2/3 of what I normally get with the same lights/space. As for the THC content I nothing in particular apart that when I get some hits from the bong of this I can get in touch with other alien civilizations😂. joke apart it's a very mental high, in other words, the one that you realise afterwards that you're high and not the one that makes you fall asleep. Smell/flavor like (for me but I'm not so trustworthy maybe because I smelled it for a long time) ananas fruit sweet earthy (some friend says) grapefruit orange citrus. The pheno was not very easy to grow honestly, and is not a great producer, but as a level of thc it is very very high.
