Many large fan leaves yellowing, tips of some leaves clawing, brown spots on 1 leaf

Hi there Sour D, that's basic calcium deficiency. Basically the tap water's pH is too high so it's causing problems like the ones we're seeing. What you want to do is add calcium-magnesium as well as humic acid which together should complete fix this problem almost immediately and the plant will recover quickly. Yeah these look like deficiencies to me.. could he from lock out could be from pH could be a lot of things.. just cuz they show up as deficiencies doesn’t mean you’re not feeding enough. Could be too much and locking stuff out.
