I'm tired of Fox Farm's soil and nutrient line; have used these on way too many soil grows and the nutrients with hydro and coco...I just want to shy away from them, ya know? Anyways, what's a good potting mix to transition from Fox Farms, what mixes do nurseries use?

What Fox Farm product are you using that you don't like or what problem are you having? I have had very good luck with their Ocean Forest mixed with extra pearlite but I don't use their nutrients. I have previously been using General Hydroponics Bio Thrive fertilizers with good luck but you have to shake the container well before use and it can get nasty if you mix up a weeks worth at once so I mixed it each time. I have just switched to Maxi dry fertilizers to see how they do.

I've been using Coast of Maine Stonington Blend for my last two grows and really like it. I'm using it with Fish Shit, Recharge and Grow Dots. Good luck!

Research going organic with dry amendments. You can even do “super coco” this is coco amended with dry organic nutrients and worm castings. Do some research and try it out. Trust me when I say you will never go back to bottles or nutrient lines. Also saves that 🤑🤑🤑🤑. Best part is not having to flush and allowing nature to deplete your plants from nutrients and fade out to amazing colors. Happy growing and stay high# 420😎😎🍁🍁. Check out my page for some ideas on what to use if you would like.
