Papa_Tanswered grow question 3 years ago I kinda start LST right from the beginning. As a seedling with only cotyledons I’ll use my fingers to push the stem around enough to kind of nudge it about. Once leaves start coming out I gently spread the leaves and continue the pushing of the stem. It helps promote good stem strength that will build a strong plant that will be able to hold itself up in flower without falling over because it’s packed on too much bud weight.
The earlier you manipulate your plant the easier it will be to shape kind of the way you want. If that makes sense.
Bit if you’re trying to LST a plant that the stems are already a bit heftier than what a seedling is. Just take your time. Introducing a slight bend and then over time tighten it down a bit more and a bit more. Don’t try to bend it all in one go.
You got yourself a nice little plant there. Good luck with your grow. 🤙
