Is these lights would be enough

Not going to be anywhere near enough to flower im in uk if you are get in touch I have 3 spare lights

For growth or as a lower branch light but personally think not enough for good results

Will work for seedling, the plant will require strong lighting as it goes through stages. In a 2x2 a 100 to 200 watt true wattage light will be a really good fit. Good luck and happy growing 🌱
