Any plant will grow under nearly any light, the standard led board running around 100 bucks on Amazon, e.g Bloom Plus 1000 runs around 10-12k lumen, it presents data in odd formats, par umol distance at 1m etc, the old red blue spectrum lights are being replaced as natural light led boards start taking over, this will certainly still grow 2 plants easily. If you wanted to find out more you would need the SMD chips used on the board.

I think it should be good. I only use a 20w blurple grow light from Walmart in my 2*2*5 grow tent and it does fine.

I live in Sri Lanka it's very expensive to import grow lights here if the light cost 100$ tax and import charges are about 170$

Unit Farm has great lights at a good price if on budget. Very comparable to spiderfarmer boards without the big price. I have done grows with a UF2000 and doing a grow with a UF4000.
Having a bigger FULL SPECTRUM light with IR, and UV is ideal for flowering. Most any light will work, but better the spectrum the better it will provide for your plants through stages. Good luck and happy growing 🌱
