Yeah you want to give her at least 3 internodes or at least classify her as out of "seedling stage". Before applying stress. The strain is generally resistant to stress jump straight in after 3 nodes or so.

What you can do is kinda push it around with your fingers. Move the stem a bit and let it go back to its original position. Gently spread the leaves open. Kinda like giving it a bit of a stretch. Very gently though. I find it helps promote a strong stem and obviously coupled with proper lighting conditions and they grow strong. And if you can play some classical music in the tent with an iPad or something that can stream some YouTube. Plants love musical vibrations.

Hello it is better to wait it grows more. When you will have 4-5 nodes you can begin your LST. Good luck. Bye

I would wait a week. I have a diary called Larry lemon og. I did a daily picture from seed to smoke. The pictures were taken after lst that day if I performed it. Always go off plant size. Feel free to take a look about end of week 2 roughly I started lst. Good luck and happy growing 🌱

I wait for the plant to get 3-5 nodes before training. Earlier than that and there simply is not enough plant to work with. I have not noticed any "stunting" with auto's by doing LST. With LST I find that I get more big prime buds and a larger yield overall versus no training.

Way to soon to try lst. Maybe in a few weeks. Let it get a bit more established 1st and slowly do the Lst.
