Hey man. Never top or fim a auto. It will slow down it’s growth and give you less yields.
Just keep bending her. Keep the canopy up. Good luck man!

As long as your plant is healthy and growing nice and fast you can definitely top autos, I find it works better on the taller, xl more sativa auto strains. But if you don't want to a good LST job of you know how to do will work. 🌱👍

I advise you to do fimming so you stress the plant less than a topping. And proceed simultaneously with lst. Careful to bend the apical gently and progressively in the next few days without breaking it. If you do everything right you will greatly increase the yields.
