Has anyone low stress trained in an S shape before? If so are there any pros or cons? New to all this so all help appreciated greatly.

if you did it in a "S" the top portion of the s would block light from the rest. The point of LST is to open the branch and nodes open to the light. Look up stunted art on insta she makes some cool shapes with LST/HST Hope this helps

I do not like to defoliate but this plant is very bushy, opinions advice on whether to defoliate a little bit or not? Lst questionI bent my plant over with ties but now it’s just a Bush am I supposed to pull the side shoots and tie those down as well they don’t really move very far they are sorta short, am I waiting for it to grow a bit then try to tie more or will just the tie sideways be enoughWeek 2
