Has anyone low stress trained in an S shape before? If so are there any pros or cons? New to all this so all help appreciated greatly.

if you did it in a "S" the top portion of the s would block light from the rest. The point of LST is to open the branch and nodes open to the light. Look up stunted art on insta she makes some cool shapes with LST/HST Hope this helps

When do you start topping? Photoperiods need to LST? Can ya'll just go look at my diary and tell me if my ladies look like they should LOL.When to top or LST? Do these look stunted? I'm super curious about methods for best yield. I'm already worried my girls are leggy (but I've gotten some great advise already to let them rest but also give them bigger pots soon). Accidentally bent/squished the stem on Pheno #3, is it possible it can bounce back?I was LST'ing the Purple Haze Pheno #3, I accidentally got a bend in the stem and it could have snapped or partially torn, I attached some photos hope these help. It was by accident, I have nerve damage and arthritis so I can't keep my hands still that much especially standing.

Leaf Spots, weak color, and leaf ripplePlease help me identify possible causes of this: small spots on leaves, minor color fade (not burn) along edges, and strange 'ripple' effect.
