Has anyone low stress trained in an S shape before? If so are there any pros or cons? New to all this so all help appreciated greatly.

if you did it in a "S" the top portion of the s would block light from the rest. The point of LST is to open the branch and nodes open to the light. Look up stunted art on insta she makes some cool shapes with LST/HST Hope this helps

Lower leaves too pale or yellowing?I am noticing the lower leaves of my Royal Critical Automatic to be much more pale green than the top of the plant.
Is this a nutrient/light/watering/lst stress problem if at all?
