Has anyone low stress trained in an S shape before? If so are there any pros or cons? New to all this so all help appreciated greatly.

if you did it in a "S" the top portion of the s would block light from the rest. The point of LST is to open the branch and nodes open to the light. Look up stunted art on insta she makes some cool shapes with LST/HST Hope this helps

LST - How to Scrog helpLooking for advice on how to use a SCROG auto. Bought one to try LST but confused how it works. Looking at videos people just seem to squash on top during veg. Am I too late/early with it? Does it just grow into it or do I need to use the tie down method TOO? Doesnt look right :/Week 2

First time going for scrog, ladies on day 18 with interesting node spacing.
When do you guys reckon i should start with lst in preparation for them approaching the net? Also, where is the best starting point for that, so i just bend the main stem sideways and tie it?Week 3

To LST or not to LST?I have 2 healthy Automaria II, paradise seeds, 3 weeks after germination and 16 cm tall, on the balcony and I am tempted to bend one of them and practice some LST of FIMming to see the difference.
