HI there should i cut for fiming a littlebit over the point there the first 5 pointed leafs are or can i cut there the first 7 pointed leafs are 1 node up so the plant have more leaft ergo more energy? faster recovery? happy plant? ;D

If your on about the biggest plant in your diary you should be able to to fimm the very top.

yes with fiming I have to cut off the top and cut off all the shoots at the bottom but not the leaves so I want to top higher to let more leaves which means a faster recovery in the end

Hello handze don't take number of pales on the leaves. The only way is to count the number of nodes. Cut after your plant got 5 nodes it is better Otherwise you plant will be too much stressed. Good luck. Bye

General rule for topping/fimming is to cut above the third node when the plant has at least 5 nodesš¤·āāļø. Thats high enough that the plant is mature enough to recover quickly yet you donāt waste anything youāre just going to cut off anyway. I donāt believe the number of points per fan leaf is relevant as all different strains will produce different characteristics.

Top and then FIM auto?I topped this ILGM skunk auto on Day 12 and sheās tolerated it well. Today is Day 14. I want to go all-in and now Fim the new growth. risky, but Iām going for it. Iād love to hear from anyone who has tried this. Should I fim new growth on both sides vs just one? Thx!

FIM'd autoflower - recovering ok or should I top it fully?Never topped or FIMd before. I topped this Jon Snow Autoflower by Cali Weed about 4 days ago. I was a bit too early to top and actually FIM'd it by mistake - is this growing back ok or should I complete the topping? It's growing weird, but I guess that's the point.
