Which node is number 1

When counting nodes for the first topping, which node is number 1? The cotyledons? First single serrated leaf? 1st 3 fingered leaf? I'm counting pairs of leaves as those are where the nodes are, just not sure which to count as number 1. Personally, i say first 3 fingered leaf

Hey bro,, I start from the first set of true leaves, or 3 fingered leaves. Mainly it’s important to be well enough established to recover without too much shock

Hairs earlier than normal after topping, expected?I am getting white hairs all over the plant about a week and a half after topping. (5 1/2 weeks old). Ive grown this strain(northern lights auto) 6 other times and its never gotten the white hairs this soon. soonest was about (7weeks). Is it flowering early?
