When should I switch my diary over to flowering?

When do I switch my diary over to flowering? When the first pre-flowerers show? When the first buds start forming? What do you guys do?

If you're growing photoperiod you change the diary when you change to 12-12
If you're growing automatic when you see the pistils growing.

@Bergbok, I would say when you first start seeing signs of flower. I wouldn’t wait till flowers are forming. Once I see flower signs, pistils forming etc, that’s week 1 flower. Good luck Growmie 😎🌱💨

Second seed had been growing wrong way up.Turns out my second seed was growing upside down and the taproot had been growing towards the light for ~8 days. I've since transplanted and the seed doesn't seem to be growing much at all; although it has changed colour from being a yellowish hue to green. Is it likely a dud now6y ago

When to transplant these from 1g to final 7g?These plants went into their 1g pots on 6/4 after being germinated 6/1. When do you recommend I move them to their final 7g pots? Accidentally poured 2mL of "Grow Big" into "Big Bloom" bottle.I absentmindedly put 2mL of FF "grow big" directly into the bottle of"Big Bloom" (the murky one with bat guano).
Is there going any type of reaction that will create products that would be unsafe for my plants? Haven't taken chemistry yet. Is it ruined?
