When should I switch my diary over to flowering?

When do I switch my diary over to flowering? When the first pre-flowerers show? When the first buds start forming? What do you guys do?

If you're growing photoperiod you change the diary when you change to 12-12
If you're growing automatic when you see the pistils growing.

@Bergbok, I would say when you first start seeing signs of flower. I wouldn’t wait till flowers are forming. Once I see flower signs, pistils forming etc, that’s week 1 flower. Good luck Growmie 😎🌱💨

Is this bud turning hermie or is it normal?Hi, today i spotted a big pistil sag with brown hair. The rest of the bud look fine except for this one bud. I attached a picture and circled the part. StressHi, I notice that my plants are leafs' tapering and some yellow leafs. I think that was very stressed for temperature and water deficiency. I already change place of plant in a shaded place. These stress can be affect a yield, and if you have other advide to protect my plants.

Harvest timeIt's been around 8 weeks since flowering and to me the buds seem ready. However, these white pistils keep appearing and makes me think thank it's not ready. What do you think ? I also started watering just plain water, but i think i should go back to adding nutrients.
