Hello all I have a mars hydro tsw 2000. I was noticing the recommended height is 24 inches for seedlings. Is this at 100% intensity? That's well over 1000 ppfd by my meter. I thought seedlings could only handle 200-400?

Hang it at 24 inches and power at 25% 👍 don’t need to turn up to 100% until your into flower. Good luck 💪

Is that possible to do grow light with Samsung LED strips?Going deeper into idea of doing the quantum board from scratch but instead SMD LED's there are lots of strip LED options. Can rotating my 12 hour cycle back a few hours over the course of 3 nights harm my plant mid flower?If i were to manually flip my lights on and off an hour early for 3 nights to adjust my 12/12 from 9am-9pm to 6am-6pm would it be detrimental to the plants? If I move 3wk old S.Diesel & Critical from 18hrs💡indoors to outdoors where they'll get +/-11hrs direct🌞. Is there still a risk of them going into flower even though they're still babies? I really don't want this to happen. They'll be in the woods so no chance to add extra light6y ago
