Is my light adequate?

I’m sure it’s outdated since I purchased and used last in 2014 but is my 225W AgroMax UFO 6Band LED enough to produce quality and quantity in my 2x2x5 grow box for one plant? Red - 660nm & 630nm Blue - 460nm & 430nm White - 10K Specialty - 410nm near U.V.

hi, quality easily, quantity depends on what you mean for enough. if you are a very good grower i guess you can yield 5-6 ozs. cheers

Help Dropping Humidity Hi Bud.I have a zootly tent with two flap mesh vents at the bottom. I have a secret jardin exhaust fan and filter. I'm trying to get my tent at 50% r/h but cannot drop lower than 65% and I'm in early flower. I have one of the flap mesh vents opened for passive intake. Please help

Very technical question - LED wattage vs actual power used My LED is a Phlizon 600w but the power draw is only around 97w at the plug. Perhaps a silly question, but is my diary entry supposed to be 600w or 97w? Looking at other diaries, it looks like yield is expressed as weight/watt and want to be consistent.

Should I substitute sunlight with a grow lamp on cloudy days?It’s overcast here today and I’m wondering if I should turn my grow lights on to compensate for the lack of direct sunlight. If so, should I drop the intensity to compensate for the additional natural light? Can you overdo the amount of light (not heat) a plant gets?

Lower lighting at switch to 12/12?Do you typically want to lower your lighting when you switch to 12/12? I'm a little confused about what is meant when they say to have a 12" light distance for flowering and 18" for veg. Does that mean lower to 12" at the switch to 12/12, or just maintain a min 12" distance?

light intensity for clones right after transplant ?basically should you treat them like a early veg ? using migro 4 array and it recommends 40 percent intensity at 35 cm away for early veg. or because they are just transplanted should I give them a lower light intensity.
