Is my light adequate?

I’m sure it’s outdated since I purchased and used last in 2014 but is my 225W AgroMax UFO 6Band LED enough to produce quality and quantity in my 2x2x5 grow box for one plant?
Red - 660nm & 630nm
Blue - 460nm & 430nm
White - 10K
Specialty - 410nm near U.V.

Yes, that lamp will be able to produce both quality and quantity buds, as long as your growing conditions are optimal and you use a good line of nutrients.

hi, quality easily, quantity depends on what you mean for enough. if you are a very good grower i guess you can yield 5-6 ozs.

Cycle 18/6 or 12/12I dont know yet if do a 18/6 of floration or 12/12.
The my idea is to do 8 weeks no more. I dont have time.. then maybe is better keep the 18/6 of cycle and change just the led in lamp led floration?
The first plant has been moved in the soil the 25/2 with 6mm of root

Changing lights for auto flowerAt the beginning the light schedule was 18/6 after 2 weeks I changed it to 24hrs because the light was too weak (10w) I now got different stronger lights (600w)(finally arrived) With the stronger lights can I change it back to 18/6 ? It's autoflower.🤔🤔Week 3

Best LED Light set upHey lovely peeps,
