You only want to defoliate whats absolutely necessary. Leaves that cover bud site and inner leaves for air flow. Week 5 should be the last defoliation.

Yes, along as you donβt go too mad bro. Just take away anything that is blocking the main flowering sites from getting direct light. Good luck bro πͺ
