Have I defoliated too much?

Have I defoliated too much during flower?I took fan leaves of that blocked lower bud sites and now they look a little empty and low size bud.i tried to keep what I could.

They look fine but in the future try to defoliate a couple days apart so you won’t stress the plant as much happy growing looks good 🍃🍃

Will this tape repair a broken stem?Should I re-wrap this broken stem? Bent with too much pressure and there was a snap, though not completely severed. What should I do with my plants that have grown thicc to receive more light? - First GrowMy plants (1 auto, 1 photo) have grown a lot and are now pretty thicc. Should I remove some leaves to allow more light directly on the new growths from the nodes? More agressive LST? Leave them alone?
