Have I defoliated too much?

Have I defoliated too much during flower?I took fan leaves of that blocked lower bud sites and now they look a little empty and low size bud.i tried to keep what I could.

They look fine but in the future try to defoliate a couple days apart so you won’t stress the plant as much happy growing looks good 🍃🍃

When to add PK 13/14 2nd grow not sure what stage she would need PK and maybe more boost? Any tips on nutes and PPM side of things would be greatly appreciated. Run off been tested and always been about right. never bothered with PPM/EC testing with 1st grow. Bit daunting!
