I am looking for strain and general recommendations for a perpetual grow. I have a medical licence to produce 19 plants indoors. Hoping for high yielding, space saving plants. 2 flower rooms 4x4 and 3x4 and 1 small veg room for mother's.

@Growdaddy It is hard to recommend a strain not knowing your personal preferences in cannabis However I would choose a strain that has been around long enough for you to be able to research the growth patterns Smoke reports and reviews A few things to consider when choosing an indoor strain/s is the size it will get in flower the amount of time it requires to finish completely and any other issues such as strong smell difficulty to clone etc etc. One such strain that is fairly popular and by all accounts grows best in an indoor environment is Gorilla glue # 4 Very very potent fairly quick finishing times high yields and lots of bag appeal and that sticky icky resinous weed we all love. If you are looking for a fast flowering strain that everyone will love you can't go wrong with OG Kush. It has a good mix of sativa/indica and is usually a pretty low maintainence strain that puts off a nice yield.

defoliate during flowering I defoliated the girls a week before I flipped. Now they are on their first week 12/12 cycle. The bushyness has bounced back right up and it's touching each other. should I leave it till flowering day 21 or cut back now, but I'm worry it will stunt any growth?
