Yes you should since your plant already doing that herself haha :)
You can eighter let her do it and she will take the nutrients out of those leafs, just pick up the leafs when they fall off.
or you do it yourself.
The benefits can be like your plant can get more air beneeth, and more energy will be given to upper colas + more.

Why defoliate at all?
Defoliation is not a necessary part of growing cannabis.
Just remember,
Less leaves = less energy being made = less growth.
I only ever remove yellow leaves, for by the time they are yellow, they have served their purpose.
