CFLs for seedlings. How many watts?

How many watts of CFL to use for the first few days of seedling/veg. hoping to move to LED later on. any suggestions welcome.

If it's just for one seed. 23 watt 6500k bulb will do. Just keep it 3 to 4 inches above the seed when it pops out. If you don't have a 6500k bulb 5000k will do. Best of luck with your grow.

please look at my seed 3 days after germination and tell me if she is a gonermy germination pot fell while being moved. one seed got out but it wasn't rooted yet, I put it back in. do you think she will be okey or do I germinate another one? Hey guys. First grow. Yellow spots curling edges on my BF Wedding Cake Auto. What should i do?Hey guys. 7 days old, growing in biobizz lightmix+biotabs starter kit soil. - I have a greenhouse ceiling that covers 50% of the terrace
- should I grow the plants always under this ceiling, or if it is beneficial to expose the plants to direct sunlight?

Light Burn? Mars Hydro TS3000 at 30% Power, 26 inches away per manual. I have since raised back to 30 inches.Is this light burn? I noticed some slight yellowing/crispy looking leaf at day 11. Light is about 30% Power, about 30 inches away. I previously had it about 26 inches and raised when I noticed this issue about 24 hrs ago. Pics are updated.
