CFLs for seedlings. How many watts?

How many watts of CFL to use for the first few days of seedling/veg. hoping to move to LED later on. any suggestions welcome.

If it's just for one seed. 23 watt 6500k bulb will do. Just keep it 3 to 4 inches above the seed when it pops out. If you don't have a 6500k bulb 5000k will do. Best of luck with your grow.

Is this the color green leaves I'm looking for and to have throughout the whole grow?Quick question is this the color green I am looking for my leaves to have throughout the whole grow? 4/5 Seedlings have not sprouted after 1 weekGerminated 5 WW fem photoperiod from crop king and planted into Mo'koko coco coir substrate last week. So far only one has sprouted 2 days ago. The other 4 have no signed of sprouting. Are the seeds dead or did i do something wrong? Should i ask for refund on the 80% guarantee?

Stunted yellow seedling.Hiee, im a newbie grower. I've just started my firs run. my seedling (PineappleExp Auto) is 2 weeks old and it seems stunted and yellowish, hight is 2,5cm. When to pot the seedlings?Hi! When is the best time to plant the jiffy pellets into pots? They sprouted yesterday, and are doing nicely in my propagator. Should I plant in pots now and keep them inside the propagator or leave them a little longer? Or just plant them up & put them inside the grow tent?

Stunted??? What to do?Does anyone think these guys are stunted? I am a beginner grower. They are day 14 from seed, under a Viparspectra 450 on veg mode 18hrs a day. Germination soil and perlite only. Should I bump up the lighting or re-pot them to a bigger pot with soil mix? Any ideas are welcomed.Week 3
