So, I have started LST with my plant bit early I think but being a auto I didn’t want to leave it too long. Please see the images attached, is that ok?

Your plant still has it's cotyledon leaves. They are the first two "false" leaves that have the straight edges. Your training is early but no harm done. I like to let the plant get a little height then start the turn in the main stem at least after the first real node. This leaves some vertical stem to get the plant up and out of the dirt. If you make the bend too low watering is difficult because there is no room underneath the plant. Training it that low to the ground can also make proper ventilation difficult. None of that is the end of the world. Over the coming weeks the plant will grow upwards and will give you more plant material to work with. What size is that pot? That appears very small. Because auto's are on a fixed schedule I like to avoid transplant shock by simply planting in the large, final pot size. This way the plant is never transplanted and can spend all of it's precious vegging time growing and not recovering from shock.

The seedling is healthy from what I can see, maybe a bit stretchy so stronger light could have beefed up the stem a bit and kept it compact. I usually start a bit later as they can be pretty fragile at this age. But it doesn't look damaged, so you should be good for this grow! If you want to keep using plant staples maybe train it in a spiral 🌱👍

I’d have waited a bit longer but this is a good foundation.. as growth continues, you’ll have to work with those branches and train them as well.
