Iam doing autoflovers and I always do LST ,still learning on my plants ,but go for it ,do some bending ,leave tucking etc… ,don’t be afraid to pull them down and bend to create nice canopy so light can reach all the buds ,I also did topping and my plants made 🔥👍🏼

If doing autos I got a diary called Larry lemon. I took a daily picture from seed to smoke and after lst once it was able to start it.

You can still do some.. maybe try on one to test it out. That taller one is a good candidate. So for me there’s two types of LST that I might do without high stress training like topping as well.. a lot of ppl avoid high stress training on autos - for good reason. Anyhow, you can either basically bend the whole main trunk down and get it close to horizontal- and then all the side branches start growing upwards and form a nice even canopy if done correctly.. Other option is letting that main branch stay as is and just train the side branches coming off the main trunk.. tie those down horizontally so that they will get more light.. you can also move them laterally so that you don’t have the branch that’s two nodes up growing right on top of it.. so a lot of times I’ll move them just about 45 degrees (if you are looking straight down on the plant) and tie it off.. that way you have space for them to grow and reach the light. It’s a learning experience.. and you’ll get better in time, that’s why I do recommend trying it on one of yours.. just play around with a branch and see how it reacts. If they are very rigid, you can pinch the branch to soften it up so it will bend better.
