Correct way to LST?

There is no right or wrong in LST,,,, goal is to expose more possible budsites to the Light. I mostly start with topping around day 20 and let her grow, thhen starting slowly but as I said ther is no iron rule hhow to to. and no, you picked tthe right time too start. just do alittle more in every grow. just do what you feel comfortable with and find your own style, you can read lots of diaries but one mainsentence will be like " follow the flow of the Plant" I perform LSt in 3 or 4 sittings , mostly 2 before flowering annd 2 more before 3rd week of Flowering starts dare to do... as long as you feel comfy , and you think the Plant agrees https://www.growweedeasy.com/low-stress-training-lst
