Light height. Vivosun VS1000

I have a Vivosun vs1000. Paper that came with it says seedling 24 inches. This conflicts with things that I have read saying 18. Anyone have experience with this light? It’s in a 2x2x4 Vivosun tent. Thanks

Light intensity should increase as plant grows till flowering. If you don't have a dimmer then 24 to 30 inches in seedling stage is roughly right.

Can rotating my 12 hour cycle back a few hours over the course of 3 nights harm my plant mid flower?If i were to manually flip my lights on and off an hour early for 3 nights to adjust my 12/12 from 9am-9pm to 6am-6pm would it be detrimental to the plants? Leafs curling downLeafs curlded down after I raised the light intensity to full 150w capacity light is 33in away from plant and water with mykos wp 1st time. Temps got a little high 82-84. So I dimmed the light to about 85% tents temps down to 79-80°f
