Light height. Vivosun VS1000

I have a Vivosun vs1000. Paper that came with it says seedling 24 inches. This conflicts with things that I have read saying 18. Anyone have experience with this light? It’s in a 2x2x4 Vivosun tent. Thanks

Light intensity should increase as plant grows till flowering. If you don't have a dimmer then 24 to 30 inches in seedling stage is roughly right.

LED vs HPS - heat output Hey - Does anyone know if theres any difference in the heat output LED vs HPS I currently have lumii black ballast dimmable 600w, however im using it at 250w and its usually always 27-31c in the tent.
