Light height. Vivosun VS1000

I have a Vivosun vs1000. Paper that came with it says seedling 24 inches. This conflicts with things that I have read saying 18. Anyone have experience with this light? Itās in a 2x2x4 Vivosun tent. Thanks

Light intensity should increase as plant grows till flowering. If you don't have a dimmer then 24 to 30 inches in seedling stage is roughly right.

Will the marshydro ts600 be ideal for this yes just shy of 2x2.

Now i am seeing some more vertical growth. Its the first time so, i dont really now the reaction of the plants during the weeks of bloom.
