Light height. Vivosun VS1000

I have a Vivosun vs1000. Paper that came with it says seedling 24 inches. This conflicts with things that I have read saying 18. Anyone have experience with this light? It’s in a 2x2x4 Vivosun tent. Thanks

Light intensity should increase as plant grows till flowering. If you don't have a dimmer then 24 to 30 inches in seedling stage is roughly right.

I found out after bumping the light up 40% Plants did not like.
Looked up manufactures suggested hanging / power. Seems I am over powered. The light is more 4x4 or 3x3 then 2x2

Сколько минимум, сколько норма, и сколько будет света прям за глаза прям. Светильники на 500w 100х100см LED.

Just wondering if adding sunlight could improve it or makes no difference?Do you still need to give plants sunlight if they have a tent fan and ac plus led grow lights? Mars Hydro - TS1000 or TSW2000?I have a 80x80x160 tent. I’m pretty set on getting a Mars Hydro in the future. but should I go for the TS1000 or the TSW2000? My concern is that the 2000 might get my tent too hot for me to handle and might be more than what I need since I’m only growing one plant.Setup. Lighting

Is closer to the light much better?Is the light closer better? I have a VIPARSPECTRA 1000W LED Grow Light (10W LED ,x100) and it says during veg 18-26 and flowering distance at 18-24”. Looking at other growers using LED they are closer. Should I try to keep it closer a little at a time? Is there benefit?Setup. Lighting

Added a light, how far should I hang them both from the girls?I have added a Mars Hydro TS600 to my tent along with the Spider Farmer SF1000 in my 2x2, how far should I move them up away from the plants? I'm guessing I don't want them as low as the SF1000 was on its own which was around 15"
