What are people running the SF-1000 at for seedlings?
I was at 30" and 20% but that's not good clearly.

Can a 1000w LED grow light be closer than 60cm (24") to a seedling?Different sources are saying: 1000w LED light should not be closer to a seedling than 60-75cm (24"-30"). The seedling should be getting 5000-7000 lux, 100-300 PAR (PPFD 18h) and 12-20 DLI.
Question: Can I put the light closer at ~40cm, dimmed to match the needed lux, par and dli

Vegetative Plants and UV?as my plants grow bigger I added the second light in the tent but that one doesnt have switches for UV, IR so when I plug it in all the bulbs are working. My concern is to hurt them with this because they are still in the vegetative phase. Is there anyone who knows about ths stufWeek 5

Fan vs Fanless LEDsHow effective are heatsink LEDs? I'm not sure if I should go with fanless (like Mars Hydro SP150) or with a fan (Mars Pro II Epistar 120). Hello,I'm gonna be running a test 6400k cfl vs sunmaster hps,been reading and reading and blue light crops up alot for veg so,I'm gonna grow one under the cfl one under the hps and one in the middle of the 2.will it shock my plant putting light schedule to 24 and adding the blue?Week 2

Invert light/dark during a growFor veg period is better if I start with light on in the day, and off in the night, but for bloom period it will be too cold, can I invert light/dark during a grow? Can rotating my 12 hour cycle back a few hours over the course of 3 nights harm my plant mid flower?If i were to manually flip my lights on and off an hour early for 3 nights to adjust my 12/12 from 9am-9pm to 6am-6pm would it be detrimental to the plants? Starter kits!What can I expect from a 600w starter led, I know they're not meant to be great, but of 2 plants in 1.2 x 1.2 x 2m tent, fan kit, filter, etc. I know it won't great an there loads of other factors but say its a good grow, goes well what can you expect with these of good plant.Setup. using both veg and flower switched to on with led during flower stage?i asked this question once before where i had heard some people when they have a led with individual switches for veg and flower where they have both set to on and the answer came back that it is best to do this but my plants are almost 7 weeks and others here have a lot more budBuds.
