How can I lower the temperature in the cabinet? The lights raise the temperature up to 27 degrees Celsius. Should I put another humidifier or place fans pointing at the light?

you need to extract the hot air and exchange it for cooler air
a decent sized exhaust fan and a smaller inline one for the intake

You need to extract air, not only move it.
Exhaust does the work, but if you cant supply air lower than 25 cel, you need conditioner to be installed in air supply room . In grow room it's extra space and heating, so more cooling needed than keeping outside air cool for supply to tent.
