It looks a little underwatered, due to its droopy leaves. Stick your finger into the soil and see if she needs some more water. Try to find a good watering regimen for the plant, like Noriu was saying. I give my plants 1/10th of their pot size in water every couple days as a starting point. Then, i wait an hour and lift the pot up to see if it needs more.
Other than that, i don't think i have any tips for you. Different genetics will make different cultivars(strains) grow differently, just like Grannie was talking about. Each cultivar that you're growing will have a different environment that will maximize its growth.
