If I have a window with a good amount of light entering everyday is it sufficient for the plants?

Window light is good for veg, especially if it receives direct sunlight for a good amount of time during the day. However, I don't know if it will suffice for flower.

Lights for heat- 24/7 okay?I really need the heat of the lights to keep the inside of my tent warm. To warm the air around the tent 24/7 would be expensive- much more expensive than using the lights all the time. But will this work with 24 hour lights? Will that stress the plants? Using auto flowers.Week 1

4 weeks old my LED light is 300w and is currently 16inches
from the canopy is this to far away???
i'm also growing in a 7.5 litre pot is this pot sufficient???
as Easy Bud Auto only reaches heights of 50-60cm indoors

Downgrade my light wattage or not?My tent is 80cm x 80cm x 180cm and i use a 400w hps/mh. Based on all light calculations i came across it gives me a total requirements of light of around 160-200 watts. Should i downgrade to a 250w system or keep the 400w and why please, some expert ? Light burn or nutrient burn?Hey guys. The tips of my leaves are starting to turn yellow and I’m wondering if this is a nutrient burn or light burn?
I lowered my ppm feeding to about 250 a few days ago and am growing in ocean forest fox farm soil.
And the light is an optic 2 running just the cobs at 24”.

6” three week oldI was wondering if I stunted my plants’ growth by having my lights at max intensity right off the bat. I also didn’t have vpd dialed in til 2nd week. Organic soil.My pulse one has said 96 light intensity since I got it..should I be lowering the intensity of bulbs til flower?

Grow lightsDoes this look ok? I have 2 plants not growing as fast as my macchiato plant. The other two are different strains, Runtz & Zittles. I don’t want to over do it but I know light is key so I thought I’d ask. Both 1000 watt uv & the other is led. I’m on veg week 5 of all 3.

Cuando y como pasar mis plantas a floración??I'm going to switch my plants to flowering 12/12, I've read that they leave them without light for 48 hours to force flowering, is this good or should I just skip it?? And I have a dimmable ballast, I have it set to 400w, when I switch to 12/12 should I set it to 600w or wait until the second week of flowering to change it to 600w??

Led lights and autos floweringI need help in my veg area I have 6 flowering autos also I'm using a king.plus 1600w led light I also have 2 600w led lights and I not sure what is best for the veg area I want to use the 600w lights cos cheaper but will the flowering plants cope with the lower watt lights or not
