If I have a window with a good amount of light entering everyday is it sufficient for the plants?

Window light is good for veg, especially if it receives direct sunlight for a good amount of time during the day. However, I don't know if it will suffice for flower.

Light schedule So I got a new timer and messed up schedule. Plants got 16 hrs of light, turned lights out as soon as I noticed (5am). 11am-11pm light.(5 weeks into flower) Should I let plants have 12hrs dark now and resume 12-12 , or let lights come on at 11am(6hrs dark)
