Issues with expertseeds

Used the cash app as suggested by expertseeds. Sent money they say no recieved . Cash app say no refund. WTF I've spent 6 hours emailing and checking to try and fix this. I now conclude they are both unethical companies. Screenshot of my payment last week included.

Contact cash app and get them to verify the receiver was them. Throw that in their face, Make a lot of stink on cannabis web forms. and redact your balance and full card details and phone number. someone going to make use of this information in a unfriendly way. If anything delete that photo attached to this question. Good Luck.

Seeds arrived unannounced 4 days after I announced my displeasure here deleted my profile, address, payment method, etc... On the Expert site. 2 weeks later than the 2 days advertised. Never got a response about anything from Expert. Really messed up customer service, if you have an issue it's just non-existent. Thanks for the beans sorry we didn't have a love connection. If I still owe you 5 dollars and some change you are welcome to bill me and no worry's, I'll pay my debt and then forget you.

I've done pretty much all I can, thanks all. Well I didn't call the guy who claims to be able to fix it. Sorry kinda think this is something a customer should be able to handle without involving a 3rd party that they don't know. Got another email from cash app saying that Expert declined my refund and that cash app definitely sent the funds 8 days ago. Proof was provided long before this by my bank. I've used several other seed banks over the years. This my first we gotcha and don't give a shit. As I said my first order was fine they let me use my card, the next one they got me to go for their preferred payment saying they charge extra 3% on cards. Yeah I'm a dumbass, never again, btw that's the first time I've ever not used my card, lesson learned. I'm not going to pick an answer to close this for obvious reasons. I understand GD is getting paid by advertising from 'expert' sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the truth is they are terrible.

The second I see any kind of "please pay with Crypto/ some random app or money order/direct bank transfer" I exit that site straight away. If I cant pay with my credit/bank card so I have a way to dispute and track my payment then I wont use that seed bank. Herbies are safe...slower shipping but everything else is fine. Payments are easy-yes it redirects you to a payment screen but its all auto done and ive made many purchases and they always give ya free seeds, if the order gets lost or seized they re send and they pretty cheap. Also recently got seeds from Garden of green in Ireland and they were easy to deal with and seeds got thru just fine. too. And seedsman is my next stop to grab some Chocolate Skunk seeds from them. Cant wait for those!!

Got another message from cash app sys that they sent the funds took a screen shot of that too. I've spent 6 hours on this then 3 hours in the tent. Got a well deserved supper and a bowl waiting on me. l Expert Seeds, I'm waving at you. No that's no the number one signal. Cash app finally went through our 6 hour thread and realized I'm honest. If you had invoiced me in dollars as I asked 3 times before sending the wrong amount twice. Or if you had of let me pay with my card as I did on the first order. Yes I tried and you declined it and asked me to install an app and jump though the prerequisites involved in that. I did as you asked. If you would listen to me in the dozens of emails and do the right thing I would not be here dragging you around Grow Diaries like a spoiled brat by the ear. Ok I feel better hope that was as good for you. Something of a cathardic release here. You got a measley 45 bucks then you spent $$ to pay an employee to deal with me all day and it was ahhllllldayy. You know what I have , effing grit, don't worry it's not something you can catch.
