Sorry kinda think this is something a customer should be able to handle without involving a 3rd party that they don't know. Got another email from cash app saying that Expert declined my refund and that cash app definitely sent the funds 8 days ago. Proof
was provided long before this by my bank. I've used several other seed banks over the years. This my first we gotcha and don't give a shit. As I said my first order was fine they let me use my card, the next one they got me to go for their preferred payment saying they charge extra 3% on cards. Yeah I'm a dumbass, never again, btw that's the first time I've ever not used my card, lesson learned. I'm not going to pick an answer to close this for obvious reasons. I understand GD is getting paid by advertising from 'expert' sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the truth is they are terrible.
