I have 20l standard pots and didn’t fill the coco to the top. Im already 5 weeks into veg and this has caused the roots start to grow through the drainage holes. I just purchased airpots 20l can i repot them into these?? Has anyone repotted into pots of same size?

Btw i’m not growing autos and I’m hoping to get a bigger yield using larger pots. Sorry I only saw your diaries with 9L pots, where is the one with 11L what difficultues di you encounter to with that pot? 20L is not too big lol

And @m0use I never said that you can't get 20l air pots, I knw what sizes they come in. I just meant there's no need for them. Should have worded it better lol..

I have pic of an 11.4 l Air-Pot up for u in my hydro diary. 20l will be too big. It can be used. But no point with auto 8-11l is enough.

If you have at least 10 liters of coco in potters you are fine. That is all a auto needs in coco since it is hydro in a bag or potter. I would not stress it. Just let roots fill in the area they have.

20L pots exist. They are not impossible....??? https://air-pot.com/garden/product/air-pot-garden-large/ The basic sizes Air-Pot brand offers go from 1L-3L-9L-20L All Air-Pots use a colour coded base system, the no name brand ones do not. The pots I use go from 1L-3L-8L-12L-16L-22L The bigger the pot, the larger the root ball, The larger the root ball, the bigger the plant The bigger the plant, the larger the yield

If you going to subject them to the stress of transplanting/repotting might as well go up a size. Or just add more to top off the pot. It will make new roots on the now covered bits. Good Luck.
