I left mine in cold room, around 22°C-23°C with 60% humidity. Had fan blowing around them so there is some air circulation to prevent mold, but be careful not to have fan blowing directly on buds. That would dry them way to quick which result in harsh smoke. The drying took around 10-11 days and I was drying them without roots. You know it's ready when the stem snaps when you try to bend it. If it just bends, it's not ready yet. As for curing, I used Boveda humidity packs (62%) and left them in glass jars for 2 weeks before smoking. They continue curing even after that, but I don't recommend smoking it before those 2 weeks at least. For the first week of curing I opened the jars for 10-15 minutes to get rid of excess moist, but after that I just left Boveda packs to do the curing job :) other people might use different technique but this one worked well for me. :)

My problem is drying too fast. My goal is to dry for as long as possible but usually my humidity is low so they dry quickly. For the first day I run the fans on high to get some of the moisture out quickly to help avoid mold. Then I turn the vent fan to it's lowest setting and try to dry slow so the bud is curing while it is drying. I stop drying when the stems barely snap or break which usually means the buds are about 50% humidity. This takes between 7 and 14 days depending on the weather. Usually it's 7-10 days but I would like to take three weeks. After "drying" I put them in air tight containers and raise their humidity to 60% for the cure.

Personally I try to aim for 7-14 days in the dry tent but it all depends on your circumstances, I hang plants whole to slow down dry time. I keep the humidity at 50% for the first day or so and than bump her up to 55-60% RH (room humidity) for the remainder to the time and I like to keep the room/tent nice and cool. After the 7-14 days I do the dry trim and into the jars they go for curing process... humidity in jars should be anywhere from 55-65% humidity so I would recommend you to get hygrometers for your jars to take out all the Gus's work (CHEAP ON AMAZON!!!) if it goes below 55% I'd like to say it dried too fast so throw a humidity pack in the jar, if it goes above 65% I would take all the product out of the jars until the outside of buds are crisp to the touch. Do that until the buds stop jumping over 65% and then throw a 62% boveda humidity pack into the jar to keep it preserved for longer. At this point you just wait and can stop burping the jars entirely.👌 Hope this helps growmie and happy growing!! ✌️👊

Eu deixo duas a três semanas a secar, de cabeça para baixo, num local seco e arejado. Depois ainda ficam no pote durante algum tempo, antes de fumar.
