Each plant I could get 5 to 10 clones plus mother lives. Decent size clippings to work with as well for a better success rate, and ability to flower sooner once growing. 🌱🌱🌱

Each branch, and secondary branch with 3+ nodes can become a clone.
So get down and count how many branches you have with 3 or more nodes and you have your clone count. Hard to tell from the pics..
Like Mouse said, if you keep them in veg, there is no limit (as long as you are smart about where you take them) trim off as many as you need from the mother plant at the moment and keep her growing to keep producing more.

If you kept it in veg, unlimited potential. That's what mother plants are.
If you are talking about right now just destroying the plant and using every branch as a clone.
um IDK, maybe 50-100?

Snapped branchI snapped 2 branches while training a few days ago.
I left them alone for a few days to see if they would recover.
They +- did but feel very unstable. Should I wait a few more days or just cut them off ?
Trained for 8 main branches so maybe better to focus on 6 ?

How tall will they grow to be?How tall will these outdoor untrained, soil based photoperiod plants grow to be (best rough guess)?
I believe they're a sativa-dominant Sour strain (either Ultra Sour or S.A.G.E and Sour bag-seed).
Currently over 1 meter tall from soil at 60 days old in 7 Gallon pot.

Will this tape repair a broken stem?Should I re-wrap this broken stem? Bent with too much pressure and there was a snap, though not completely severed. I applied two or three layers of duct tape, not sure if the constant pull of ties will allow it to heal and repair. When should I take the tape off?
